Back to FAQsWe aim to process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order through your Strike account if you created one.
Unfortunately not. This is something that we will be working on in the future.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to change the size. Email us ASAP at info@strike-footwear.com and include your order number.
First, check your tracking link. If it’s delayed or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, get in touch and we’ll investigate.
In some cases, yes. If a product is available for pre-order, it will be clearly marked on the product page with the expected ship date.
